Tabarak Fakhri's native tongue is Arabic, but a stranger's comforting gesture was easy for the 4-year-old to understand.  "Get through OK, little one," Chevy Ferland, Jamestown, told the Iraqi girl Thursday after a Rotary Club luncheon in Brownsburg. "We'll be thinking and pulling for you."
Tabarak -- one of two children to arrive earlier this week in Indianapolis for life-saving heart surgery -- shyly smiled as she clung to her mother.
